Partners in Southeast Asia
IWMI works through partnerships. For research results to be useful and enhance the chances of successful implementation it is vital to continuously create and expand networks to link researchers and educators in water and land management.
Building and strengthening the capacity of national partners in Southeast Asia is the way forward to ensure future food security and poverty alleviation. All research projects are therefore carried out with local government agencies, regional and national research centers, universities, community organizations, and NGOs.
